Workshop Contents

This workshop will offer multiple breathing techniques along with Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY) to help participants reduce stress and, increase mental focus and productivity. SKY incorporates specific natural rhythms of the breath which harmonize the body, mind and emotions.


Over 60 independent studies published in peer review journals, have demonstrated a comprehensive range of benefits from practicing SKY and related breathing techniques taught on the course. From reducing stress to getting better rest, these techniques have a demonstrated measurable impact on quality of life.
